How to Apply for a Work Permit

You MUST have a job. This is when the company says, "You're hired”!
Work permits are specific to the site.
Check your grades. You must have a 2.0 GPA, no more than two F’s and 90% of attendance. We will not be able to give you a work permit unless your grades and attendance are in good standing.
Print out the application online from the College & Career tab on the Pitman Counseling web page or you may pick up a copy from Denise in the Career Center.
Once it's completely filled out return it back to Diana in the Career Center
Generally, it takes 2-3 days to process the application & to get it back to you.
You will get 3 copies 1- to give to your employer, 1- to keep for yourself, and 1- that will stay in the Career Center.
